ceremonies by em
Thanks for stopping by to see what Ceremonies by Em has to offer. I believe your wedding day is about the two of you and my role is to capture the uniqueness of your love and share the story for the special people in your lives to celebrate. I’m an inclusive and welcoming Commonwealth-registered marriage celebrant and keen to be involved in your big day so let’s chat over a coffee, wine or zoom!
About Me
Coming from the youth and community services sector for nearly 20 years I feel I can bring warmth, a bubbly energy and a sense of fun to your special day. I know I’m on the right path as the day I found out I was offically registered I literally squealed, jumped up and down and rang my parents. I truly enjoy connecting with people.
My four legged friends of the canine type play a special role in my life. My current fur child Bonnie keeps me active and entertained and when you see those memes about Jack Russells, they seriously aren’t wrong, I can vouch for it! And she’s my second one, you’d think I would’ve learnt after the first time around. I’m a proud Aunty, an avid gardener, a watercolour painter (of flowers) - can you tell I love flowers?! a beach walker, I enjoy a bubbles with friends, love a good British crime and my family are very important to me.
You may also find me occasionally dancing around the kitchen to 90s hip hop!
Kind Words
“My husband and I got married April 2023 and while I was organising our wedding I suggested to my now husband that it would be great to have an MC support us throughout the ceremony and reception. The first person that came to mind and I knew would be perfect was my friend Emily. Emily made our day so special, she knew exactly what to say, our day was stress free because of her and everyone absolutely loved her.”
